It seems like such a difficult target in practice, since it can be moving around. Would we make a larger kind-of-invisible target that could be clicked? Is it okay if we then keep the user from being able to actually click things in the page in that region? (e.g., you are somewhere lower on the page, I want to click something on my screen that is at the bottom of the screen, I would have to scroll down just to get the bottom of the screen out of your cursor-clicking-zone so that I could click that – or I'd click it anywhere and get scrolled instead of performing the action I had wanted to do.)
