Another little issue in MULTILEADER entities rendering

Hi @mozman ! Just once again, thanks for your amazing package!

I think that I found another little issue in MULTILEADER entities rendering. Not sure if it is an issue on AutoCAD's or on ezdxf side, but here how it looks like:

• In AutoCAD
  
• In ezdxf view
  

To reproduce: just download a DXF (in a ZIP archive) below, then open it in AutoCAD and visualize it with ezdxf view.
