missing compile information #1

When trying to compile AutoCorpus, some dependencies were not met and were not mentioned in README:

  • boost libraries, boost-thread libraries
    For my ubuntu, it meant installing 2 packages, libboost-dev and libboost-thread-dev.

Besides, Makefiles contain etags call, which is unnecessary, i think. I'm not sure, i never used it, but after a little google-ing, it seems like it has nothing to do with compiling, but for emacs. Maybe it's appropriate place would be somewhere in a "dev" target in a Makefile? I don't know. The point is, right now compiling depends on etags/emacs as well.
