In a multithreaded environment, Rails.cache can quickly become a source of thread contention. Allow the user to specify a pool of shared clients to use instead of a single client.

Reimplement DalliStore. Benchmarks go from 4.0 sec to 3.0 sec. Remove Rails 2.3, Ruby 1.8.6 suport. Remove various minor features that I don't want to support. Remove memcache-client compatibility code and docs.
We don't want Rails to compress and then Dalli to compress again. That would be redundant and inefficient. Use :compress if you want Rails to compress, :compression if you want Dalli to compress.
