Removed todo of speed up digitalwrite. IDE 1.0.2 measures only a possible 1/2% increase with digitalWriteFast. Not worth it.

It was my understanding (as of last year) the Arduino folks were going to implement the digitalWriteFast technique into the main ide. I don't know if they did or not but the would have added a few machine instructions to check to make sure the PWM was disabled on the pin. If you went around that i'd expect a marginal increase in performance, which might explain your result.

Is this fork ready to be pulled into my master?
