[Report] Notification not updating according to location

Set location semasa travel. Lps travel, balik ke rumah set semula location rumah. Tp notification azan masih ikut azan semasa travel. Bukan ikut current location.

Done. A function that is used to prevent notification, getting called in the wrong place. Fixed in latest hotfix release.
