Reproduction steps

  1. stop-screensaver = "no" inside config file
  2. F1 cycle stop-screensaver inside input.conf file
  3. xset dpms force off

Expected behavior

F1 should toggle screensaver (on/off) and after screensaver is activated
(which is contrary to the instruction inside config file),
after executing xset dpms force off, screen blanking should be disabled
and screen shoudn't be blank anymore.

Actual behavior

mpv ignores shortcut—it's impossible to re-activate screensaver.
