Commands to modify list options dynamically, like `vf` #5435

It is currently not possible to add or remove values to or from list options like glsl-shaders via key bindings. Currently you can only set the entire list.
It would be nice if the same (or a similar) functionality as for vf was added for other list options so you can add and remove shaders dynamically during playback, for example.


It would also be cool if vf toggle had an analog for other list options and identifiers,
so scripts could insert, toggle or delete, say, glsl shaders in the same way you can insert/toggle/delete vfs.
