  1. Fix a bug that FOREIGN KEY is dumped unexpectedly 

    [groonga-dev,04276]

We can implement reference column by specifying 'type "OTHER_TABLE"' in
comment of column. If we don't set FOREIGN KEY to the column but FOREIGN
KEY is shown in SHOW CREATE TABLE and mysql dump. It's unexpected.
