Class variable lookup behaves different from CRuby

Hello,

I found mruby does not pass some of the tests in CRuby's basictest/test.rb. Here is one (I'll post later on for the rest).

module Olympians
  @@rule = "Zeus"
end

class Titans
  @@rule = "Cronus"
  include Olympians
  def ruler
    @@rule
  end
end

atlas = Titans.new
p atlas.ruler
# cruby: "Zeus"
# mruby: "Cronos"

Tested with:

• ruby 2.3.1p112 (2016-04-26 revision 54768) [x86_64-linux]
• mruby git master (6c299a)
