Changed min version to 2.8 so it could run on windows

Also added ${HDRS} to add_executable() so SilkJS.h shows up in qtcreator

If a suitable project already exists on Github with a CMakeLists.txt file then it's simply a matter of using `File -> New File or Project -> Import Project -> Git Repository Clone -> Chose` and paste the URL from the Github project into the `Clone URL:` field, select a `Checkout path:` then `Next` and `Finish`. Making changes, commiting and pushing those changes back to your own fork of any project will work without any further configuration.
