Latest -- v1.4.0

Release of v1.4.0! This release brought increased ease-of-use and more natural use, along with better testing coverage, and a few bug fixes. See changelog.md for all of the great details!

Aside: released as tag Latest so as to keep a uniform URL from which to retrieve the XtremIO.Utils.zip binary (like what happens when using PsGet to get/update this PowerShell module).
