Subject: [PATCH] update homepage text somewhat. (in 1.1.1)

* remove placeholder that startup page will be editable (it will be, but we don't need to mention it here)
* remove tor disclaimer (the word "Tor" isn't used outside of link names on this page)
* link to caveats instead of very general anonymity blurb at Tor Project
