Overview

This repo stores the code used in the listed paper used to download and analyze images of duckweed. Each .py file is associated with a separate experiment or figure, however they share the general process of connecting to Aquarium using the pydent API, downloading the images and associated metadata, processing the images, and then generating some wya of visualizing the resulting data.
