Reopen existing session .sql file when reconnecting instead of trying to create a new file over it. #283

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I try to connect to a database, SQLTools try to create a new SQL file in the root of my workspace. In case this is the second time I'm connecting to the same database, since the file was already created, I get the following error message (the connection does work though):

Describe the solution you'd like
If the file already exists, just open it instead of failing at creating a new one
