We should add a codec for encoding binary in zero-width joiners and zero-width non-joiners. Why? Because this would be awesome.

Just to head off this argument early, being able to visually distinguish between existing CIDs is a security problem, not a "feature" (it's too easy to make similar but still different CIDs).
