You can't fight outside world bounds.

crun Ped(17, pos.x-add, pos.y-add, pos.z+zadd)
crun Ped(17, pos.x+add, pos.y+add, pos.z+zadd)
crun me.position = pos+Vector3(0, 0, zadd)
Punch both peds. One, which is closer to map will respond, the other one won't.
Both peds should respond on attack.
