We have an updated variant in Jenkins which builds on CentOS instead
of Ubuntu.

I assume the new variant is in our releng repo? If so this makes sense.

@dD0T:

Yep, ermine.conf.in is in our releng repo. The other build steps currently only live in Jenkins, though.

Landed as 97b75de.

Added ui/disablepubliclist which if set to true removes the
public server list in the connect dialog. This option isn't
available in the UI and is meant for customizing setups in
specific deployments.

On windows you can enable the option by creating a string key
disablepubliclist under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mumble\Mumble\ui
with the value true.

When set removes add/edit options from the connect dialog.
This is meant to be used in occasions where the user isn't supposed
to change the set list of favourite servers.

disableconnectdialogediting under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mumble\Mumble\ui

Just to prevent confusion: The previous two commits were referencing feature requests in the sourceforge tracker and not this issue
