Artemis Framework link in http://gameprogrammingpatterns.com/data-locality.html appears to point to a fake SEO heavy website instead of what I would imagine was the original. The website now contains no source links.

There are various clones of it, but I believe this might be the original source repo possibly,

It seems like the correct link. It's linked from https://code.google.com/archive/p/artemis-framework/ too, but see also http://gamadu.com/artemis-entity-system-java-by-gamadu/ and http://gamadu.com/about/

The domain registration appears to have expired and someone else created a site that is (poorly) pretending to be the original author's site. Aside from the numerous nonsense, unrelated and spammy posts, some of which are cross linked in the game framework post, the site provides no links to source or any material details about the framework.

Here's an archived version of the site from a few years ago which actually contains a license and source links.

Too bad, that does look like a better website. Perhaps the book could link to the web.archive.org link then.
