    snmp__print_pages: fix snmpconf.

This change factors $oid out so that it is more similar to the other
SNMP plugins, and makes sure to print the final dot in the snmpconf
    requirements.

Now munin-node-configure no longer always suggest the _print option.

    Don't exclude simfs per default.

This was added in commit e86f958 without further explanation. OpenVZ
uses a filesystem type of simfs for all the mounts so this makes munin
more or less useless on OpenVZ guests. The device name is useless though.

    Typical example:

Filesystem 1024-blocks Used Available Capacity Mounted on
    /dev/simfs 398458880 91795132 306663748 24% /
    varrun 2097152 28 2097124 1% /var/run
    varlock 2097152 0 2097152 0% /var/lock
    /dev/simfs 330279532 15616532 297885784 5% /opt/zimbra/backup

sensors_: add support for power monitoring.

This is already implemented with IPMI for some systems, but most
boards do not report that. On the other hand, modern Opterons do
report the power consumption for the CPU at least, which comes useful.

ipmi_: improve autoconf handling, and move to generic node.d directory.

First of all the ipmitool command might not be in /usr/bin (in Gentoo
it's in /usr/sbin); second of all instead of checking whether the ipmi
driver is loaded (and then fail if the ipmi device is unavailable to
the munin user), check whether ipmitool is able to fetch the sensors.

The ipmitool command supposedly works with Linux, Solaris 10 and
    FreeBSD.

    Make df_inode plugin more robust.

Some file systems do not have inodes, which make "df" report a "-"
instead of a number. If the used and available inode field is not
numeric, it does not make sense to try to calculate a percentage.

If that happens, we skip calculating inodes for this filesystem.

df: exclude cgroup_root filesystem type as well.

This is simply used by Gentoo (and possibly other distribution) to
mount /sys/fs/cgroup base path, where the actual cgroup filesystems
    are mounted.

build: only install Java plugin files if JCVALID=yes

This simplifies the handling of Java being enabled or not, and makes
sure that we don't install unusable plugin scripts.

revert to the same naming than 1.4.x

    As kjetilho suggested on IRC,

    In 392659f, the graph_title of if_err was
changed to keep nagios-compatibility. But it now occurs that it wasn't optimal
to make yet another graph_title. We should keep the graph_title from 1.4 so
that users don't have to update their Nagios/Icinga configuration.

    workaround "root" field name bug

2.0 master has a bug that makes a field named "root" not allowed anymore.
This commit is a workaround in order for these graphs to be displayed again.

Proper resolution is due in master, not in the plugins. But patch is much more
invasive. So delaying it to 2.1.

munin_stats: don't refer to the graph label

    Since commit f24b0ed removed the
graph log declaration, just these graph.limits config items were left.
This caused a spurious "no .label" line to appear in the graphs. This
    commit fixes that.
