Remove fork() from encryption, by passing shared fd to openssl instead of named pipes. If the fork() failed for any reason in encrypt(), the openssl process would block forever waiting for data in the pipe. Also fix a situation where if the first fork() in send_to_api() failed, script would not retry ever again as the global $forked variable wasn't reset. This should hopefully fix murgo/IrssiNotifier#161
… crashing when in invalid state (token already removed)
…ed data (which didnt show up anyways)
First implemented command is clearNotifications to remotely clear already read notifications. Like the notifications the command is also sent encrypted with user password. For the script this adds a new option called irssinotifier_clear_notifications_when_viewed to clear notifications on the device when the hilights have been seen in irssi. The clear notifications command is sent after user changes away from the last window that had hilights.
