Tested in Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS, unattended-upgrades 1.1ubuntu1.18.04.14

If user has linux-generic-hwe-18.04 installed, versioned linux-headers packages depend on versioned linux-hwe-5.4-headers packages that will not get removed.
