I think it makes sense to point new users to Leiningen right off the bat, rather than get into building Clojure or running it on the command line. Lein simplifies things very nicely --- especially for those new to Clojure.

This is good; we should definitely move away from recommending building from source and constructing your own clj wrapper; those have shown to be nothing but trouble since everyone does it slightly differently.

Thank you so much for your improvements to the Clojure article!
I apologize that it took me so long to get to reviewing them.
I just merged your changes and am currently copying the new version of
the article out to the website.
