Nope - different bug. By inserting ? or ? into your search query, a globbing has been enabled (that is, ? stands for any single character); and Aedict couldn't find any words which matched 強盗<any_character>! (that is, it started with 強盗, then continued with any character and finally it ended with the exclamation mark).
Fixed - if globbing filters out all results, just disable the globbing. Fixed in 3.39.8
Combination of !? after a word doesn't give any results either in Aedict nor Pop up.
e.g.
強盗!? not working
強盗?! not working
強盗! working
強盗? working
