Notepad: notepad category menu is nearly invisible

To activate the notepad category menu, one needs to first select the category by tapping the category tab; then one needs to tap the category tab again, in order for the menu to be shown. This definitely needs to be improved as there is no visual hint that there is indeed a menu - perhaps use a Floating Action Button for this?

Every notepad tab now shows the "more-vert" icon which, upon touching, will show the context menu. Definitely not ideal, but better than nothing. I'll need to revamp the Notepad screen, then I'll think of something else ;)
