As an external dev, there is no info on contributing, and how to do so.

If I clone the project, I have to guess as to where I should issue any
contributions (master is usually a default, but we don't submit directly
    to master).

Also, another issue is contributing code, _then_ finding out I need to
be an official contributor (for Blackberry).

Inject in the BB10 WebWorks platform when on DevAlpha.

We would only inject in tablet or handset, this would fail for cordova

There was a failing browser runner test.

As to why it was failing: It was due to something missed in a
refactor (most likely, since this test only runs in browser).

The button list in the first run check window could be better arranged.

Before it was just a "clump" of buttons. Now it is a vertical list, with
some slight margin between each button. Not ideal, but good for now.

  3. @brentlintner

The first run check does not work properly with multi-version platforms.

It never did. The DOM id generation disregarded specific versions, so
when you clicked on one of the platform buttons that had multiple
versions, only one of the buttons would actually do something.

The version numbers were also added to the button text.

Note: This only started happening once multi-version platform
    support was fixed, itself.
