馃憢 Hello there, recently I discovered this project and want to update it a bit if possible.
First step is moving to Github Actions, I've added Ruby versions from 2.3 (the minimum version right now) up to 3.0. I've removed JRuby versions for now

PD: Build is broken for many reasons 馃槄 versions 2.3/2.4 due to sinatra/sinatra#1214, it was reverted later in sinatra/sinatra#1662 but Sinatra hasn't released a new version with it
