small changes to the Makefile. Take it or drop it, no big deal !

What are the changes :

  • add some lines for getting debug mode
  • replace some path by a variable

Those changes are nice workarounds until the multi-target approach (#39) is implemented. However, it will then do more harm than good, so let's concentrate on #39 instead.
