debug() output not shown within JUnitXmlTestResult's #41

Hi there,

I would expect debug() / output to be placed within the node of a however at present this is not being done.

I'm going to work on a pull request to implement this though it may be that I've just missed a piece of pre-existing functionality

The place where this probably needs implementing is mxunit.framework.JUnitXMLTestResult : buildXmlResults()
