show the earliest version of Safari which (might) supports the feature #3

Though changelogs are not only for the Mac port but also for the other ports, and because of the various ENABLE flags, showing the corresponding Safari version doesn't make sense for many changeset entries. But I think it is still useful to have such info.

I'm not sure if we care about minor updates. If we don't, the list will be much simpler.
