Start off by getting some cookbook linting done with foodcritic.

Tools:

Strainer seems best for ariadne, as it allows tests to be run on each cookbook stores in a repo, rather than running tests on a cookbook level (like would be done when each cookbook is a repo with a .travis.yml file)
