Could be of use for:

• Site moderation
• Identifying notable use of the site

Could be made more powerful via: "Special annotations - for links to articles based on responses, summaries of correspondence, or admin notes" #34

This could be developed into a list of annotations made per day, the most annotated request today/this month/so far this year etc.
