Both iPhone and Android versions need to store reports authored when there is no connectivity #271

In many country areas mobile connectivity is either non-existent or too slow to allow on-line uploading of faults (made worse by high resolution of modern smartphone cameras resulting increased data).

Need feature to allow faults to be cached locally and uploaded only when the user is in a high bandwidth environment. Without this the app is unusable in East Sussex where I live.

Thanks for the report. The app was written by a volunteer, so we're grateful to have one at all :-) You're certainly right, it'd be great for the app to cache reports as you say; as a first step we hope to make the app behave more like the mobile version of the website. Ticket #19 covers mobile app improvements.
