Data Reduction CNN v1.0.0

First full version of the Data Reduction Convolutional Neural Network (DRCNN) code package for (segmentation-based) deep learning.
The source code contains scripts for reproduction of results in the associated paper titled 'Task-Driven Learned Hyperspectral Data Reduction Using End-to-End Supervised Deep Learning'.
Tested on Linux (Fedora 32) with Python 3.6.10 or higher.
