unable to make it work on ARM Mac

Hi, not a geek here.
Managed to install using script on following page :
https://www.iroh.computer/sendme
launched the app, but ARM Mac Terminal gives error when trying
sendme send command
zsh: command not found: sendme
I know default is zsh on Mac, but it did accept the bash installation script, so why isn't this working ?

For others that might hit this, we intentionally don't add stuff to your path or otherwise clutter your filesystem. The binary will simply be put into the folder where you executed the install script. You can then run it with ./sendme.
