Limit output framerate is not respected in export options (1.42.0)

If you set the output limit to 60fps and start a batch interpolation process it will not respect the output frame rate limit.

Did you make sure to use a batch process? Because it will respect it for an individual encode.

Ill try to showcase it somehow, and provide clips that do it in my instance and see if you can reproduce. I want to try my best to provide anything helpful. There is also a weird thing that occurs with some clips and their rotation that I don't really understand.
