Installed it ok, package shows up in the "list packages", folder is there, but no trace of it in SublimeText - not in the Preferences> Package Settings, not in the command pellete.

Using windows 8 (x64) All the other packages are working fine..

I'm also having the same problem on the Mac (El Capitan) and ST3. I've installed it, it shows up in the package list and it has entries in the preferences (though everything is empty), but nothing having to do with SublimeHighlight show up in the command palette. :-(

Try checking out the python 3 branch - cd into Packages/SublimeHighlight and git checkout python3. That worked for me!

I tried that and it didnt work for me...

1)Open the command palette (CTRL+SHIFT+P) then type PackageControl: Add Repository then paste https://github.com/n1k0/SublimeHighlight/tree/python3
2)Open the command palette again Install Package search SublimeHighlight ( it should now appear) and then select it.
3) Restart Sublime.

It should let you copy as rtf when you right click on some text.

I had to manually enable it after my installation, which matched the instructions posted above by 1Mark. From the command pallette use "Package Manager: Enable package" and find SublimeHighlight on the list. After this it worked immediately.
