Steps to reproduce

Given a Rules file containing

compile "/*.md" do write nil end
passthrough "/**/*"

Given a single file, content/test.md (nothing else in content/):

---
Hello!

Compile.

Expected behavior

No output/test.md is created.

Actual behavior

output/test.md is created.
