Display error message when snapshot file already exists #1161

The --snapshot CLI command requires that the snapshot file (snapshot.ldb) does not exist. However, when the file already exists, there is no error message. Example output:

$ rai_node --snapshot
Database snapshot of "/home/<user>/RaiBlocks/data.ldb" to "/home/<user>/RaiBlocks/snapshot.ldb" in progress
This may take a while...

It would be better with an error message to make it clear to the user that the command failed (and why).
