Changed directory structure

I have changed the directory structure to accomodate: 1. Source code in src/ 2. Latest Extension Package in ext-package/ 3. Old Extension Packages in old-ext-packages/ 4. Added VERSION_INFO file for details of each version of the package released. This change is done so that I can easily pack the extension without getting the .git file to be packed along as well.
