How can we "stage" data that is not yet publicly accessible and then "flip a switch" to make it publicly accessible?
Do we use archive status?
Is this handled from the API based upon archive status?
The first iteration of this task will be to leverage the API to only display the data from the registry that meets certain metadata criteria (e.g. archive_status = archived). Future iterations of this task will enable authorized access to the protected data.
