BluetoothTest

Acst as a BluetoothLE Central receiver, listening for data with the CBUUID "D701F42C-49E1-48E9-B6E2-3862FEB2F550". This is provided by the matching MacOS application BluetoothTransmitter. Updates a label wit the data received from the transmitter.

Working on getting background mode working. It should be working as it is, but seems not to be.
