Changed note listing to display notes in ascending order by created_at timestamp (oldest first, newest last) instead of descending order. This ensures that activity logs and note lists display in chronological order, making it easier to follow the sequence of events. Added comprehensive test TestListNotes_ChronologicalOrder to verify the chronological ordering behavior.
