Using console.log breaks output #34

I'd like to use the JSON reporter but my project sometimes has stray console.log messages for debugging. These messages get mixed in with the reporter output and thus results in broken JSON. There needs to be an option to output console.log to stderr or suppressed entirely so as not to break the reporter output.

I do not think PhantomJS has process stream support. I see 1.8 just came out and I heard it may be in PhantomJS at some point, but I did not see anything about streams in the changelog. Can someone do some investigation?

I think Mocha is to blame really. That's using console.log to output results, I can't see how you could tell apart Mocha's call to console.log and the apps call to console.log. I'll hack mocha.js to get around my issue.
