??- should allow for named queries #58

For example,

(??- "query one" query1 "query2" query2 query3)

Should explicitly name queries 1 and 2 and run query3 with its default name.

??- doesn't support even one name:

(??- "query name" (<- [?x] ([[1]] ?x)))

Ah, forgot about that. This is really a bug.

Issue #58: ??- now allows for an optional query name
??- now supports an optional first string argument, which will be used
as the name of the query and will show up in the JobTracker UI.
