Separate the user configuration by network #13

When the user starts to connect to multiple networks it will be good for the client to know the specific configuration for each network, for example the nickname and the NickServ password. The best way, in my opinion, to do this is by adding new sections to the config file.

Each section will have the name of the network and the desired configurations for them. If the client doesn't find the configuration for the specific network it will fallback to the default configuration.

This might generate the need to separate the config file (leaf.conf) in 2, one for the general configuration of the client and the other (user.conf) for the user's network configurations.
