Improve the way non-special parse messages get presented, include the command name and other useful information to the user.

After I looked better at the problem this doesn't seem like something that will degrade the user experience, but I'll be doing more tests and see if I can find some case where the default output isn't complete enough.

The current implementation can be found at 1ca8449(line 77):

default:
    // Got some other kind of message that we haven't covered.
    str_buffer = "";

    for (size_t i = 1; i < arguments.size(); i++) {
        str_buffer += arguments.at(i) + " ";
    }

    str_buffer += "\r\n";
    break;
