Replace admonition blocks with markdown notes

Standardize documentation admonitions by converting legacy "::: info/warning/tip" blocks to GitHub/Docusaurus-style blockquotes (e.g. > [!NOTE], > [!WARNING], > [!TIP]). No content was changed aside from the admonition markup. Affected files: docs/advanced/statistics.md, docs/cli-reference.md, docs/configuration.md, docs/getting-started/key-concepts.md, docs/guides/suite-mode.md, docs/reporters/index.md, docs/reporters/json.md.
