Class link broken in default ontology classes view

1. Go to http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BRO/?p=summary
2. Click on Classes tab or the latest version link
3. The view defaults to the first class in the tree
4. Click on the icon "Get a permanent link to this class" on the right pane
5. The link that's presented in the dialog is incorrect (evaluates to page not found)

This happens because the default view does not populate the class ID in the URL:

http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BRO?p=classes
vs
http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BRO/?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fbioontology.org%2Fontologies%2FActivity.owl%23Activity

If you click on another class in the tree and then come back to the original class, the permanent link is now correct.
