First, the implied pipeline has a source input port that's unconnected so it waits for stdin.

Second, unqualified step names should be in the p: namespace since you can't otherwise have unqualified names and having to declare the p: namespace to use them is tedious.

Finally, the docs should note that you can't specify stdin as an input in this case. All the inputs have to come from URIs.
